About the event
This seminar will explore recent evidence for Britain being ‘Tarshish’ in the prophecies of Isaiah and Ezekiel; Cornish tin being found off the coast of Israel; the connection with the king of Tyre and Solomon’s temple.
The name ‘Britain’ may be derived from the Phoenician ‘baratanic’, the land of tin. It is possible that Joseph of Arimathea, who was a tin merchant, visited Cornwall. Many legends have grown up from apocryphal sources.
God has certainly blessed our nation with a wonderful Judeo-Christian Heritage and also a calling to assist Aliyah, the return of the Jewish people to their homeland. The seminar will also explore how the ministry of Ebenezer developed through prophetic intercession and the faith of two businessmen, Steve Lightle and Gustav Scheller and Rees and Samuel Howells from the Bible College of Wales.
