Foraging Through The Seasons - Summer 2026

The aim of this day is to set off an explosion in your mind of knowledge, understanding and skills. Imagine walking into nature, to see not just its beauty, but also the potential in its bounty of provision for dietary needs, sustenance and energy, medicinal uses, and how it fits, seasonally, for life throughout the year.

We will explore the stunning 65 acres of Red Hill to discover exactly these things and more! We will start with a forage walk for the days ‘treasures’, so we can craft medicinal taster samples (the fruit of which you will take home or try on the day) and later in the day, a nutritious, refreshing meal, while we relax and relish fellowship.

Don't forget to bring your own lunch, all-weather gear, and a notebook with a pen or pencil. Everything else will be provided for you.
