About the event

This is Part 2 of a course teaching the basics of Biblical Hebrew and is aimed at complete beginners with no previous Hebrew study.

Part 2 will cover the Nikkudot "Vowels". Discover what all the little dots mean and how to pronounce. You will literally be seeing spots! Building on Part 1, you will continue to learn more basic words and discover more hidden gems that have been lost through translation. The day will finish with translation of a well known Bible verse.

This course will start you on your journey to understand the Scriptures from a Hebraic point of view.

Note: Participants should have completed Part 1 or already be familiar with the Hebrew Alef-Bet.

Tom is the Director at Red Hill, and oversees all aspects of the work along with his wife Olivia and daughter Elia.

In 2011, God called Tom and Olivia to take a step of faith, to sell their house and for Tom to leave his job as a Police Officer, in order that they would be free to serve the Lord in whatever way He required.

Since then Tom has served both in the UK and abroad as a teacher and worship leader, serving with Ebenezer Operation Exodus since 2012 and as Director of Red Hill since 2017.

Tom is a passionate teacher and student with a particular interest in understanding the Hebraic context and culture of the Scriptures. He has been studying Biblical Hebrew with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem since 2012, and enjoys teaching others what he has learned.

£20 per person, bring your own lunch.
