Who we are
Tom & Olivia
Tom along with his wife Olivia and daughter's Elia and Tahli, oversee the work at Red Hill. Formerly a Police Officer, God has since positioned Tom to teach and lead worship internationally, including Israel and Rome. He is a passionate student of Biblical Hebrew and the context of the Bible. Olivia is a beauty therapist and busy Mum and supports Tom in his role as Director. She is an active member of our intercessory team, a gifted worship leader and also coordinates ‘Sun Beams’ – our weekly children’s ministry.
Peter and Shirley
Peter was our temporary Director prior to Tom's appointment. He has served at Red Hill in many capacities over the years and is now recognised as Chair of Trustees. He carries a passion for teaching, with a particular focus on End Times. His Wife Shirley one of our intercessors has also served here for many years too she is and involved with our sun beams
Ady and Vikki
Ady has been a member of the fellowship here for a number of years and is married to Vikki, our Operations manager. He initially trained as an Applications Engineer and retired from the Civil Service. Ady has a heart for worship, plays bass in the worship band and helps to manage the sound desk. He volunteers at the centre assisting with grounds maintenance, helps in the office with IT challenges and manages our stretch tent events. Vikki joined the team after having been a volunteer for a number of years. She has previously run a busy equestrian centre and worked as a tutor for Warwickshire College. She joins us to oversee daily operations at Red Hill. Vikki is a member of the intercession and worship teams.
Bryony
Bryony has been part of Red Hill since 2001, serving alongside Stephen during his time as director. A retired teacher, she lives on site and provides vital cover wherever needed. She has two sons and four grand-daughters. Originally a primary school teacher, she is now a Trustee and Prayer Minister with Beauty from Ashes Ministry and has experience of speaking and teaching in Europe.
She enjoys reading, logic problems, travelling and spending time with her family.
Mark Kirby FINANCIAL MANAGER
Mark manages the finances at Red Hill and is part of the core Leadership team.
He also runs men’s ministry sessions alongside his own survivalbusiness
‘Survival 24:7’. Mark schedules regular outdoor teaching events including
archery, bushcraft and survival skills.
Michael and Michelle
Usually your first point of contact at Red Hill, Michelle has served at the Centre for over a decade. There is little Michelle cannot answer and she has built up extensive troubleshooting experience over the years - her computer
skills are "legendary". Michael her husband worked here for a number of years as a groundman. He is a nature lover and has a heart for children with disabilities; his dream is to own woodland and lead children to wildlife whatever ability. When he has time to volunteer he is usually found in one of the many ditches around the grounds.

Mary is a retired teacher she has been involved at Red Hill for many years. her husband Phil ,

Sheila
Sheila works with a small team of volunteers and has been part of the team for over 5 years. She is also the Secretary to the Trustees board. Her passion is to serve the Lord. She is known as Wonder Woman around the Centre.

Margaret
Margaret has been an integral part of the housekeeping team since Red Hill began. She works diligently behind the scenes and ensures the centre is kept meticulously clean. Her laundry room is legendary in its organisation, as are her ironing skills! She is a devoted Grandma and loves her super-sized mugs of tea.
Sid Green
Sid is a crucial member of the team who possesses a wide variety of skills which help to ensure the centre remains operational. He undertakes all routine maintenance tasks as well as larger projects including construction of our prayer house. He helps in many areas of the centre and has a passion for fishing.
OMG (Operation Market Garden)
We have a small, dedicated team of volunteers who help around the Centre.
They are an integral part of the day-to-day work here at Red Hill and ensure the 65 acres of land are kept mown and tidy. We are extremely grateful for the time
they devote to the life and work of the Centre: Red Hill would not be able to run without them. Thank you - Paul, Ruth, Deborah, Chrissy, Brian, Phil, Bill.
